No Prior Experieince Necessary

At Pro Health Care Services, we hire individuals with varying levels of experience as team members. Even if you have never worked in the medical field but want to get started - we will train you!

We provide the materials, the education, and all the support you will need to start your career in the medical field. 

Training and advancement

Our graduated 3 part training program allows you to become a qualified aide while you work and gain experience. Your certification means you are now a qualified home health aide that meets the requirements and standards of Medicare for certification.

We provide the materials, the education, and support. Once you have completed all the training and testing, you will have earned your award of qualification. The certificate is yours to keep!

What a Home Health Aide Does

As a Home Health Aide, you provide care for your clients within their own homes. For this reason, it is essential that you are reliable, trustworthy and develop a caring relationship with them. 

Care is provided according to their specific plan which varies according to their individual needs, recommendations from their nurses and orders from their physician. 

Typical duties may range from light house keeping such as dusting, sweeping, and laundry ; to more personal tasks like bathing, feeding and grooming the client. There may also be errands ran and situations where you are working alongside a nurse or another aide while providing care and support of the client. 


LPN Position

All LPNs work under the supervision of an RN Case Manager with PHCS. You will collaborate care with them and work together on providing the best possible care for your clients.

Duties of an LPN

A Home Health LPN has many duties in completing the care required to keep a client comfortable in the home. 

Typical duties may include: 

  • Monitoring ongoing client conditions
  • Wound care and medication administration
  • Bathing, cleaning and feeding 
  • Exercises and ADLs


RN Position

SUPPORT and Flexibility

RN Case Manager with PHCS is the person responsible for coordination of patient care with the rest of their involved health care team. You will collaborate care with other nurses, aides, and physicians and work together on providing the best possible care for your clients.

Duties of an RN Case Manager

A Home Health RN Case Manager has many duties in completing the care required to keep a client comfortable in the home. You will have multiple clients for whom you are responsible to provide not only their Case Management but also the occasional shift or visit as scheduled. 

Typical duties may include: 

  • Completing OASIS Assessments and Re-Certifications
  • Creating plans of care and coordination with PCPs
  • Monitoring ongoing client conditions
  • Wound care and medication administration
  • Bathing, cleaning and feeding 
  • Exercises and ADLs
